• FREE Transition Assistance Program (TAP)- Addressing The Many Guardsmen Not In Need Of Job Search Instruction Available for free for all LVERs involved in TAP. A web-based approach correcting the 'blind spot' in TAP; the many National Guardsmen who don't need job search workshops because they already have employers they are returning to. This application has them self-assessing alll skills learned on -the-job to view those skills in the context of the business they are returning to for purposes of possible promotion or transfer upon return. This application does not have to be used on the base or in the One Stop.
