Available for free for all  LVERs involved in TAP. A web-based approach correcting the 'blind spot' in TAP; the many  National Guardsmen  who don't need job search workshops because they already have employers they are returning to. This application  has them  self-assessing alll skills learned on -the-job to view those skills in the context of the business they are returning to for purposes of possible promotion or transfer upon return. Available for free for use with veterans involved in WARN and TAA events. This career transition and local job search application can be used with workers outside of the local One Stop setting.
